Q-Why should I rent toys?

Your bundle of joy has just arrived. He is growing too quickly and so are his and your need for toys and utilities. Kids grow out of the toys because their learning needs change every month between the age of newborn and 5 years. An infant learns to roll at 3 months, sit at 6 months, crawl at 8 months, and start walking anytime after 10 months. And at all these various stages, toy requirements also change. If the toy is not ‘just right’ for the baby, he will stop playing with it.

Little older kids can explore all the features of a toy in a maximum period of one month. Then they look for something else to stimulate their mind.

The world of play is changing with toys getting smarter day by day. And with this change comes a steep rise in toy prices. In today’s time, all branded, good quality toys are very costly and cost at least Rs 5000+ per piece. You may not feel the heat if this was a one-time expenditure. However, this is hardly the truth. It has almost become a bi-monthly expenditure. Renting toys allows you to use all of these at just a fraction of its cost.

So, apart from being costly, buying too many toys clutter the house as well. You may give 500 toys to your child to play with, but he would end up playing with 10-15 toys only. And the rest of the toys just clutter your home, adding an extra task to clean them up from time to time and leaving a little lesser space for the kids to play! You wouldn’t want to be in this situation, right?!

Q-Are used toys safe for my child?

Brain Box Toys follows a stringent cleaning process before the delivery of each toy.

a. We clean toys with Indian medical standard cleansers

b. Then a kid-friendly disinfectant solution from the IMA standard is used thoroughly to sanitize the toys.

c. The toys are steam cleaned at 100 degree Celsius to kill germs and bacteria.

d. The cloth part of toys is either machine washed or dry cleaned.

e. The toys are finally blow-dried, shrink-wrapped, and packed.

Q-Do I have to take a membership plan to borrow toys?

yes, we have made the whole process very simple for you. You have to choose any membership plan and the duration for which you want to borrow and checkout.

Q-How do I get my deposit back?

This is the deposit we take from every customer. The deposit will be returned to the customer in the bank account within 7-10 working days, after pick up of the toy and after making any necessary deduction (damaged toy cost/pending payment). In case the product taken on rent gets lost, depreciated amount as per company rules will have to be borne by the customer. In case it is more than the security amount, the balance payment will have to be made by the customer.

Q-What do I do if my child breaks/ damages a toy?

However, the chances are very less that a toy is damaged because we keep the best quality toys in our library. Still, If a toy/ book is damaged by your child, then you have two options:

a . If a part is damaged, we try to repair it and charge only the actual cost of repair.

b. In case it cannot be repaired then we charge you the depreciated cost of the toy ranging between 10% to 50% less than MRP

Q-How do I make payment?

We accept the following modes of payment:

-Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks

Q-Which are your delivery areas?

We deliver currently in a limited city in Gujarat state only we are in planning to expand to other states and cities also.

Q-How fast can I expect the delivery?

At max, you will be able to receive the delivery within 3 working days.

Q-Do I need to remember when to return the toy?

Don’t worry about remembering when to return. We will send you an email notification a week before when your return is due so that you can plan and schedule your next toy Box accordingly. In case, you do not confirm the next toy, our executive will come for reverse pick up on the scheduled end date

Q-What if I am not available at the scheduled time of pickup?

No worries at all. If you receive a call for the pickup and you are not ready, simply ask the pickup guy to come on the next route. We do not charge extra for delays up to 3 working days, after that 100/- rs are Charged for delivery.

Q-Do I have to clean the toys before returning them?

We request you to clean the toys with a dry and clean cloth before you return.

Q-How do I place a return request?

Don’t worry, we will arrange the reverse pickup of toys from your doorstep on the return due date. You are requested to keep the toy packed and ready to be picked up by our executive.

Q-What if I received a broken toy?

In case of such a black swan event, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the toy. We will immediately schedule a return pickup or replacement of the same toy.

Any damages notified post 24 hours would be considered as damage at the customer’s side and the full cost of the toy would be charged to the customer.

How do I become a member of Brain Box Toys?

Click register to fill out the registration form at our website and select the membership plan page, select a best-suited subscription plan, and make payment.

Q. How do I Place an Order?

For Library Membership After membership plan subscription, you get a toy Box according to your child’s age, brain games & books under your chosen membership plan. Next delivery for exchange, the order will be placed 2 days before the due date.

For Party Service, You can choose a plan with desired Products and place your order request online or by phone. Final confirmation will be made by phone/E-mail along with payment and delivery arrangements. Brain Box Toys can finalize delivery specifics as the date of your event/occasion.

Q. What are your delivery fees?

Nominal Fee as per base on Plans and for other services, we offer nominal delivery charges. We charge min Rs. 100/- to Rs. 1000/- Based on Product sizes and type of transportation required. Additional charges may apply for inaccessible areas. Please confirm with our support team for further clarification.

Q. Do you deliver on Sundays or outside of normal business hours?

Yes we generally do deliver on Sunday

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A booking cancellation made within 48 hours of the delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Payments for events canceled upon delivery or in less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Q.Do You offer a discount to armed Forces Members?

We support our troops! All armed forces members will receive a 20% discount on all equipment rentals. You can also confirm your discount when speaking with a Brain Box Toys representative on the phone as well.

Q. Will I Receive The Exact Item Shown?

Brain Box Toys carries only top-quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive like kind and quality of the item pictured.

Q. I am having a party, can I reserve a toy?

Yes. You can reserve a toy. Simply send a request on our website, and we will confirm your order after checking availability.

Q. We are going on holiday, can I stop/pause my membership?

Yes. You can stop/pause your membership according to your subscription plan. You can mail/call us for a holding request.

Q. If my Child Likes the toy, Can I Make an Extension?

Yes, you need to inform by mail/Phone 2 days before your subscription due date.

Q. If my Child likes the toy, Can I buy It?

Q. Do I have to pay any Security deposit for the Subscription plan?

Yes, Every PLAN has a Rs 2500/- fixed security deposit.

Q. Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

You only upgrade your plan at any time. Changes will affect Next month’s circulation and you will be charged for your new plan at the time of renewal. We recommend changing your plan at the end of your current billing cycle at least 72 hours before your plan renews for the following month or term.

Q. Does your supplied toys come with consumable items too?

We do not supply toys consumable items like pepper, clay, Color, colored pencil, etc with toy delivery. But toys that need cells would come with cells. However, if it is consumed within the hired period, Parents have to purchase it on their own.
