- Refundable Security Deposit:
- Customers pay a refundable security deposit based on their chosen subscription plan.
- No interest is accrued on this deposit.
- Refund processed within 7 working days upon toy return, deducting any dues.
- Customer bears the depreciated amount if the rented product is lost, exceeding the security deposit.
- Exchanges:
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
- Parcel Opening video is Compulsory for claim.
- Email notification required for exchange request.
- Send the item to the specified address.
- Partial Refunds:
- Granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to BrainBoxToys’ error.
- Items NOT Exchanged more than 7 days after delivery.
- Refund Process:
- Email notification sent upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refund approval or rejection communicated via email.
- Approved refunds credited to original payment method within a specified timeframe.
- Shipping:
- Return address provided (Godown no. V, Ground floor, ShreeNath complex, Zanzarda Road, Junagadh, 362001).
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount.
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
- No guarantee of receipt of returned item by BrainBoxToys.
